Overall, it was a much better week than Week #1. I am finally starting to see results of all this hard work. The changes just make me want to keep working harder.
Positives this week...
Got 5 workouts done...AGAIN!
Made it through the weekend without eating too badly and without gaining weight!! Even made it though a football party by bringing and only eating this:

Did much better with tracking water...and drinking it.
Areas for improvement...
Still need to work on sodium intake.
Sleep...need more sleep!!
Try to up my weights this week...push, push, push!
