Monday Status Report - Week #2

Overall, it was a much better week than Week #1.  I am finally starting to see results of all this hard work.  The changes just make me want to keep working harder.


Positives this week...

  • Got 5 workouts done...AGAIN!
  • Made it through the weekend without eating too badly and without gaining weight!!  Even made it though a football party by bringing and only eating this:




  • Did much better with tracking water...and drinking it.


  • Areas for improvement...

  • Still need to work on sodium intake.
  • Sleep...need more sleep!!
  • Try to up my weights this week...push, push, push!
