When I jumped on the scale this morning, I was very disappointed. Soul crushingly disappointed. Nothing lost...NOTHING!!
But, then I had to get real with myself. The first four days of the week had gone well, but I did not eat healthy Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and I had some drinks all three days (OK...there was A LOT of drinks on Friday).
And, I had to tell myself this...
about 25 times this morning.
Positives this week...
Got 5 workouts done...Bam!!
Ate really, really well for four days.
Noticed that even over the weekend my cravings were starting to shift towards healthy, whole foods.
Areas for improvement...
Eat more consistently healthy on the weekend.
Drink more water.
The beer has really got to go!!

No excuses...just gotta do better today and tomorrow and the day after that!!
