Monday Status Report - Week #1

When I jumped on the scale this morning, I was very disappointed. Soul crushingly disappointed.  Nothing lost...NOTHING!!

But, then I had to get real with myself. The first four days of the week had gone well, but I did not eat healthy Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and I had some drinks all three days (OK...there was A LOT of drinks on Friday).

And, I had to tell myself this...

about 25 times this morning.

Positives this week...

  • Got 5 workouts done...Bam!!
  • Ate really, really well for four days.
  • Noticed that even over the weekend my cravings were starting to shift towards healthy, whole foods.


  • Areas for improvement...

  • Eat more consistently healthy on the weekend.
  • Drink more water.
  • The beer has really got to go!!

    I forgot to measure last Monday when I started...so I'll be using this week's measurements are my starting point.

    No excuses...just gotta do better today and tomorrow and the day after that!!
