Why? I have no idea. I just got tired I guess.
I've been sick the last couple weeks...just a cold...nothing to complain too much about. Last week I muscled through and ate well and got my workouts in anyways. Then, this week...I ate badly...very badly. Didn't do my food prep. Didn't post nice menus and weekly deals for my lovely readers. Skipped three workouts. I pretty much just wanted to crawl in bed and stay there...all week.
And, I really beat myself up about it. I mean, I really feel like crap.
But, the only thing to do is pick myself up, climb on, and start pushing that damn wagon again.
It is so hard to remember that I can't always be perfect and that I need to...
