Hi all! We'll I'm back. It feels like it has been forever since I posted.
After I suffered unfortunate injuries falling off my weight-loss wagon, we went to visit friends in Nebraska, and took a day trip out to the lake. Believe it or not, we actually camp here in the summers...but, it was a little to cold for camping over Superbowl weekend.
It was NOT too cold for snow angels though!!
Then we went to the eagle observatory. Here's Littles watching everybody except the eagles outside.
Oh, and then, we watched some football. I am still in mourning over the Broncos loss, but Littles had fun cheering. And, the dog got completely worn out.
So, how am I doing? We'll I obviously had a fun weekend, but it cost me a few gained pounds. But, I did manage to get all my workouts in last week after coming home and the extra pounds back off. I repeated Jamie Eason's Week #4 workouts since I had slacked off so much the week before. Which means I started Phase II workouts this morning. Overall, not too much damage done from my wagon leaping and trip. I didn't lose, but I didn't gain, so I am dissapointed. But, I understand how it happened Here's the numbers:
