Monday Status Report - Week #3

A funny thing happened on the way to work this morning.  I stopped at 7-11 for a couple things, and the apple fritter was calling my name.  And, I thought "F*** it!  I'm going to eat an apple fritter."  I got that damn apple fritter and my other stuff and went up to the register where the lady tells me, "Oh, sorry, it's cash only this morning...our dial-up isn't working."  And, I had NO cash with me.

Instead I had some egg whites and clementines for breakfast.


Thanks universe for helping me put the apple fritter down!  Couldn't have got my one little victory for the day without you.

So, it was a pretty good week.  Got 6 workouts in...5 strength and 1 Jazzercise session.  I did have a couple eating stumbles, but you do what you can do.

Positives this week...
  • Got 6 workouts done...AGAIN!  That's three weeks running of at least 5 workouts...this may be a record for me.
  • Upped my weights this week...starting to feel stronger!!


  • Areas for improvement...
  • Sodium...sodium...sodium
  • Stop snacking on my daughter's snacks...(fruit snacks aren't even that good, why do I keep eating them?)
