So...what I heck am I eating this week?
I've decided that sticking strickly to Jamie Eason's food plan is a little to restrictive. And, I'm pretty sure that being so restrictive is what lead to my binging a few weeks ago. So, I've changed things up a bit.
I'm still trying to eat 80% REAL food. I'm still trying to balance my diet at 40% protein, 30% fat, and 30% carbs. But, I've added some things back into my diet...like cheese. I heart cheese.
Oh, and I'm still staying under about 1400 calories a day...give or take. I sometimes eat a little more on workout days.

This stuff looked sooo delish!! I can't wait to eat it for lunch today.
I also made some Chocolate Protein Bars (Recipe Here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/video-jamie-eason-chocolate-protein-bars.htm). I have started having to make a double batch of these every week since Hubs and Littles eat them up too!
Oh, and some Egg White Muffins...breakfast staple.


The Eggplant Rollatini is so delish!! I think I could have that for lunch every day.
